Defining features:  Isaac naturally has a very effeminate look in both his body and face, often causing him to be mistaken for a girl.

Clothing:  Although Isaac changes his clothing quite often (more than he would normally like to do), he feels most comfortable wearing slightly loose-fitting clothing such as sweatshirts and sweatpants.  When "working" he tends to wear a Red Mage-esque (from Final Fantasy) costume with a cloth mask that covers his mouth and nose as well as a white plastic mask that covers the rest of his face (nothing too facy).

-Combat-
Weapons/Gear:  As far as weapons are concerned, Isaac can make use of almost anything.  However, he has the most expirence using blunt instruments (such as a bat or a staff), swords, knives, and hand guns.  When given a choice, he would use blunt weapons but will use something else if the situation calls for it.  He often goes places without any weapons, though.

As for gear, Isaac carries a black satchel when traveling that mostly contains various costumes, small props, make-up, and masks for his cosplaying.  Each costume set and mask is placed in a clear, vacuum-sealed bag which keeps them from getting wet and they take up less space.  The make-up is in a waterproof, impact resistant case.  The satchel also contains a satellite phone (waterproof), a swiss army knife, sewing tools, extra clothing materials, a first aid kit, a notepad with pens and pencils in a small vacuum-sealed bag, and an MP3 player in a small vacuum-sealed bag, an empty cigarette lighter (a gift from Anna), a basic toolkit (for simple mechanic/electronic work), a homemade utility belt with a few interesting gizmos, a length of rope, and some gum (he has a sweet tooth).

The number of complete costumes he brings with him is usually between five to ten sets;  this depends on what he plans or expects to do when journeying to and arriving at his destination.  He also carries enough extra materials to make more costumes on the go if need be along with extra vacuum-sealed bags.  As for the type of costumes he brings with him, he always carries his "work clothing" with him (if he isn't already wearing it) as well as a simple costume for relaxation.  The rest usually depend on the situations he thinks he might encounter on his "mission;"  usually one for combat (basic, military-looking suit with no distictive markings), one for stealth (black clothing and mask), and one for simply changing his appearance (usually differs each time).

Unusual abilities (rate relative power on 1-5 scale):  
Keen Observation (3):  Isaac has been noted by others for his acute sense of awareness with all five of his senses, often noticing details that others miss.  He can accurately determine someone's personal information by just looking at them, their clothing, their body, their facial expressions, and body language.  He is also able to quickly pick up on patterns, both complex and simple.   This ability makes him quite formidible in a fight and despite what most fighters have been taught to believe, the longer he fights, the longer he can observe movements and patterns, and the easier it becomes for him to fight and counter-attack as he lessens the energy he uses with his movements down to what is needed.

Extended Short-term Memory (1):  Isaac has an abnormally longer short-term memory than what most people would normally have, making him capable of remembering fine details clearly for up to a minute.  This allows him more time to commit things to his long-term memory but only if he cares enough to pay attention to it.  

High Mind-Body Coordination (2):  Isaac has an incredible amount of conscious control over his own body allowing faster reaction times from the moment his brain registers an attack or the like.  He can also do things like move his ears, have the left side and the right side of his body perform two different actions at the same time, and lower or raise his heart rate.  

Learning Through Observation (5):  This is one of Isaac's most notible talents.  Combining the abilities mentioned above, Isaac is able to learn new techniques and/or skills from others through observation.  When he sees a skill he can learn, he commits as much information as he can to memory (Extended Short-term Memory helps gather more than usual).  Afterwards, he spends some time practicing the skill from what he remembers until he feels that he has gotten it right (High Mind-Body Coordination helps to speed this process).  Sometimes Isaac is willing to take a risk and attempt to learn in the middle of battle by going over the process of using the skill/technique repeatedly in his mind then trying to use it and fine-tune his movements as needed, but all this is done only if it is necessary to do so or if he likes a skill/technique and is confident about avoiding or enduring his opponent's attacks while learning.  Not all of what he can learn needs to be combat related, though.

Autosuggestive Persona (3):  Isaac is capable of placing himself under extensive self-hypnosis that can change his persona, becoming a completely different person.  He can change almost anything about him;  the way he talks, the way thinks, his beliefs, his attitude, and even his body language can be changed in this manner.  He is subconsciously aware of what his original persona is and will restore it when he no longer needs whatever fake persona he currently uses.  The fake persona will also slowly disappear over a period of time (determined by how much time he takes to get "in character") or if a powerful shock (physical, mental, or emotional) forces his original persona to come forth.  Although he can perform this while moving about, it seems to work faster and better if he stands still.

Vocal Impersonations (1):  Isaac is capable of mimicing any sound or voice that he has heard almost perfectly;  voice recognition machines can tell the difference, though lately he has been getting better.  Guaranteed to break the ice at parties.

Genius Cosplay (5):  This is the most impressive talent at Isaac's disposal and it is his personal favorite.  Given the proper equipment and enough materials, Isaac is able to change his appearance completely from head to toe and can look like anyone to the point that it is almost impossible to tell the difference even upon close examination.  When combined with his Vocal Impersonations and Autosuggestive Persona, he can be any ethnic race, either male or female, someone famous or an average Joe, from reality or the world of make-believe.  It is his most treasured skill that he secretly takes pride in.  It does have its limits, though.  For instance, Isaac cannot change his height, or at least not easily.  As of late, Isaac has been practicing how to change his appearance quickly while on the move and has been making good progress with it.

Fighting Style:  It often depends on his current persona but Isaac is quite capable of close-combat having taken self-defense classes as well as personal teachings from his father.  Isaac's body does not have any impressive muscle strength to boast about so it is not often that he uses hard style techniques that require force more than anything else and instead focuses more on soft style techniques that depend more on speed, skill, and timing so as to use his opponent's force against them.  His father also taught him the use of firearms as part of his weapons training with the help of his mother who often went to a nearby firing range to shoot for relaxation.  The idea was for it a good way for Isaac to learn how to defend himself against opponents with guns if he understood the proper way to handle and use them.  

If Isaac deems that fighting someone/something head-on to be completely out of the question, he will either resort to setting up traps with any nearby materials that he finds, hit-and-run tactics, bluffing his way out, taking advantage of obvious weaknesses, running until he finds a place where he can turn the tables and gain the advantage, or just simply running away.  In the end, even Isaac does not know exactly how he is going to fight without actually being in the situation.  This also makes it hard to counter-attack against him as his methods are always flexible.  

-Personality-
Loves:  His secret hobby (Cosplaying), Food, Music, Reading, Routines, and Normalcy.

Fears:  Losing his sense of self, People finding out about his secret hobby, and Becoming a thoughtless monster.

Quirks:  Isaac has mixed feelings about his natural appearance.  Although he feels fustrated everytime someone mistakes him for a woman, he can't help but feel a little flattered whenever he is complimented on his looks;  whenever someone tries to hit on him when he's not acting as a woman, however, he tends to get a little violent.  Isaac was and still is often teased about his looks by his classmates at school, but it seems that he is popular with some of the girls because of it;  he tries to ignore all of it, though.

Isaac has a love/hate relationship with people he identifies as "wierdos;"  this usually is more to do with one's personality than their physical appearance.  While they may make his life miserable he would miss them if they all were suddenly gone.  It should also be noted that Isaac will feel offended if someone called him wierd, any of its synonyms, or any similiar word.  If this were done repeatitively he could get violent, but only if it were a domestic dispute;  he won't respond to it in the middle of a life-or-death struggle.  Isaac's high tolorance for wierdos also stems from the fact that most of them have unusual yet often useful talents at their disposal so he manages to find a good use for them.  He still cannot help but feel fustrated whenever he tries to deal with one, though.

Isaac refuses to believe in magic, the supernatural, or any paranormal phenomenon outside of make-believe.  Any time he is subjected to any of the sort, he convinces himself that it is all a delusion of some kind or comes up with a scientific explination and moves on.  The only exception would be his interests in psychics, psychokinesis, and ESP as he can see the possibility of it dispite lack of physical evidence, though he will still remain almost completely skeptical to it all so as not to fall for simple tricks and practiced fakes.  In general, he likes to keep such things to just his Table-top Roleplaying games and the LARPs he attends.  Keep in mind, though, that even if he refuses to believe in the cause of an unexplained event, he will accept the results and their effects, and find a way to handle the situation if he can't simply ignore it.  And if push comes to shove, he will give in and simply go with what he is told to be necessary to deal with it, all the while telling himself that he is temporarily doing so as a deluded hypothetical experiment.

Isaac was raised with the belief that human life is precious and that he shouldn't take the life of another without a very good reason.  As such, his way of fighting also reflects this belief as he always aims to disable his opponent even if it means having to risk his life to do so.  Most people find this hard to believe, though, as he often acts like a cold and calculating individual during a fight.  He is at ease with hunting other animals for survival and nothing else.  There is only one person that he has met that he actually tries to kill and he has yet to succeed.

Although he enjoys his hobby of Cosplaying, Isaac prefers to keep it a secret from as many people as possible.  This is because he feels that if they knew he would be laughed at or picked on by others (especially weirdos) or, even worse, he would be treated as one of their own (especially by weirdos).  He enjoys cosplaying because it gives him the chance to be someone else, allowing him to forget himself and his problems for a little while.  Having attended several conventions of varying kinds over the years, he has managed to create a legend among other cosplayers due to his cosplaying ability completely changing him from head to toe.  Thus, the other cosplayers call him "The Legendary Cosplayer;"  no one has yet managed to figure out who he really is, with the exception of William Hudson.

Isaac is sensitive to the cold.  When pressured, he could put up with it for a while but in the end he will break down.  He cannot focus when cold and it even makes him sleepy.  However, he looks cute when he sleeps while he is cold as he tends to curl up into a little ball, that is if no one is willing to let him hug them as he sleeps.  This has also caused him to be a little touchy-feely with others, though most of the time he keeps his hands to himself.  The cold will also affect his abiliy to use autosuggestion.

-Backstory-
Original setting:  Modern world

History:  Born and raised in a internationally funded experimental city among a small chain of islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, Isaac Galdar has had the most... interesting life compared to most others.  

The city he lives in is inhabited with geniuses of various kinds, both intellectual and physical.  As such, most of the people tend to be eccentric and a little hard to understand, even amongst themselves.  Isaac, being a reasonable, down-to-earth sort of man, had to deal with such oddballs on a daily basis, all the while yearning for the normal life he sees to exist outside of the city from all the books he reads and foreign news he hears.  As a student, he is know to be average at everything but seeing as the standards for learning in this city, both physically and mentally, are higher than the rest of the world, he would still be considered a genius anywhere else.  He has the potential to do better but lacks the motivation to do so.  

He was often considered to be cold individual as he often refused to allow anyone to get close to him.  This was because he felt so different from everyone else and that it would have been nearly impossible for him to understand the people around him just as they would not be able to understand him.  There was one exception, however, that being a young woman by the name of Anna Robertson who was roughly his age and also had a hard time fitting in with others but for a different reason.  

Dispite being a genius both physically and mentally as well as wonderfully beautiful, Anna suffered from a strange mental disorder and had a hard time keeping constant conscious control of her body and usually, whenever someone touched her, her body would react violently and they would end up seriously injured.  Through a series of awkward events, they became friends and she was the first person outside of his family that he told about his secret hobby.  They often enjoyed each other's company and spent a lot of time together, keeping their respective distance from each other of course.  They had both found comfort in the similiarity of each other's situations and it felt that their friendship would last forever.  However, one day everything changed.

One day, after Isaac attended a Anime Convention, a young man approached him in his class.  His name was William Hudson and he is a well-known internet idol.  As a computer wizard knowing almost everything about anything, he is called the Lore Master.  There was almost nothing he did not know, and anything he did not he would soon find out.  At first, Isaac did not care why he wanted to speak to him but that quickly changed the moment he subtly implied that he knew his secret.  He tried to ignore him at first and then tried to out run him, but in the end he was caught in a corner and was forced to confront him.  As it turns out, William wanted to use Isaac with his genius cosplaying ability to help him out with peculiar job that he said he does in his spare time.  Isaac was about to refuse when an certain phone call caught his attention.

Even within a city filled with geniuses, there is still crime.  Lately, there were reports of a international serial killer who was wanted for various felons (besides murder), his MO being a corpse that was left behind with their chest cut wide open and kept that way by using their own rib cage;  it was as if he was looking for something inside of them.  There were a few reports reveiling that he might have found his way onto the island and into the city.  He was yet to be found or captured as he continued his spree there.  On that day, he recieved a phone call from Anna's parents.  He was told that Anna had been attacked by the serial killer and was seriously injured in the struggle.  She currently was in critical condition and it was not known whether or not she would make it.  Seeing as how they came to realise how close their daughter and Isaac were, they felt that he had a right to know.  

Isaac immeadiatly rushed to the hospital that she was being treated at.  When he got there, her condition still did not change for the better;  in fact, it was steadily getting worse.  In her final moments, Anna managed to regain consciousness for a short time and asked Isaac if he would hold her hand.  He immeadiately obliged her without giving it a second thought.  Having finally been able to touch and feel the hand of her closest friend without hurting him, Anna then passed on without any regrets.  Isaac had a hard time coming to terms with the situation.  Of all the people that would be killed by this criminal, it just was not possible Anna would have died so easily.  Isaac was completly torn up inside for he had just lost the only friend he had.  He was at a complete loss for what to do next.  

As he was leaving the hospital, he once more came face-to-face with William Hudson, laptop in hand.  It was at this point that William gave him a strange offer:  "If you want to see that person put to justice, come with me.  I will give you the chance to return both your pain and hers to him a thousand times over..."

Feeling both curiousity from the meaning of his words and an overwhelming vengeful wrath deep inside him, Isaac agreed to his offer.  He then learned that William also had a secret that he kept from others.  He was the famous hacker known internationally as "The Hawk," a man known for using his hacking skills to bring to light all sorts of incriminating evidence against those that commit crimes against innocents by taking advantage of the laws government made to protect them, bringing them to justice.  However, there was only so much one can do on the Net so he had been looking for a partner who could help him on the outside.  After a few years of searching, he had finally found Isaac.  Although he did not believe he could do much with the way he was now, William saw his future potential and decided to recruit him.  Isaac agreed but told him clearly that it was only going to be a one time thing and that he would leave afterwards regardless of being blackmailed with telling others of his secret hobby.

After taking some time for preparation, both William and Isaac set up a trap for the killer using Isaac's cosplaying talents.  Isaac demanded for it to be done at night so as to lessen the chance of someone noticing, or worse, recognizing him.  Not everything went smoothly as they planned but in the end Isaac had managed to subdue the criminal and left him for the proper authorities who were notified anonymously by William.  Seeing him tired from the ordeal, William offered to handle the media while he went home to rest.  Believing that he meant that he was going to suppress any information about his involvement, Isaac left everything to William.  However, William had other ideas.

The next morning, to Isaac's horror, the news was filled the details about his encounter with the serial killer and although his real name was never revealed to them, he had been dubbed the "Cosplay Hero" by an unknown source;  he immeadiately suspected this to be the work of William.  Although only he and William knew it, he realised that with this he had become a vigilante;  in other words, a criminal.  William, having further use for Isaac's abilities, had set him up so that he would have no choice but to stay and help him with his secret job or else not only his secret hobby but his crime as well would be known to the world.  And thus it continues to be that way to this day, though Isaac has come to like it for it gives him a chance to travel to other places in the world.  Lately, however, Isaac has begun to suspect that there is more to William and his "job" than he is letting on....

Family:  Isaac's mother, Mary Galdar, is an inventor and researcher while his father, Demitri Galdar, is a professional martial artist.  He also has a little sister in middle school by the name Amy Galdar.  Isaac does not say anymore than that.

Friends:  William Hudson is only person who Isaac will call a "friend" but that's because he is blackmailing him into doing so.  There was once another person, a young woman around his age (Anna) whom Isaac had willingly became friends with but she was murdered.

Reason for entering tournament:  None.  Isaac simply stumbled into it by accident and simply wishes to leave in one piece, to finish up whatever he was doing/going to do earlier, and then go home.  That's all.

Isaac is quite Smart for his age.  He is not Strong, physically speaking, because of his thin build, though when compared to others with bodies similar to his own he is stronger than most.

List the three most important things about your character:
1.  Every now and again, usually when he changes between too many personas within a short period of time, Isaac will get his wires crossed and ends up with a bizzare personality or has random verbal outbursts.  These moments wear off after a short while and are usually harmless... usually.

2.  As a way to relax, Isaac will spend time dressing himself up whenever he has any spare (and privite) time.  There are times when he does not care if others see him, usually when he dresses as an animal/anthromorph.  For some reason, doing this seems to help him recover faster both mentally and physically, usually needing roughly half the time it would normally take.  In other words, doing this for four hours makes him feel like he rested for eight.  Sometimes he does not need that much time to get that fully rested feeling.

3.  Isaac is also a kind of "MacGuyver" of Cosplaying, able to make superb costumes out of seemingly useless pieces of fabric and other such materials.  It is for this reason that he carries extra bags to store his costumes.  It is incredibly handy for changing tactics during a prolonged mission.  It also saves him some money by not having to spent alot on new clothes and costumes and such.  He was taught this by his mother who is very proud of her son's skills.
