Ow, Sucks not to talk huh? When I had my ancient tooth extracted, I too can't talk much because my Mom says it will get worse. I feel your pain buddy.

Well, I can talk now. To a degree. It was mostly the shots that were keeping me from talking. I was so numb that I was afraid of accidently biting the inside of my cheek without knowing it.

To make matters worse, as the shots started to wear off I was slowly starting to feel the pain from that operation. Apparently, my mother thought that I was given the painkillers before I left the dentist's office when in fact we had to go pick them up while the shots were still affecting me. Then I would take them after a while before they wore off so that I wouldn't be in a lot of pain.

So we just rushed over to grab the medicine and I had to endure a bit of pain. Now when I say "a bit," I mean A LOT. Fortunately, I managed to learn a trick from an webcomic on how to deal with pain. In it they said that fighting it would only make it worse, that you had to accept the pain in order to resist it. So all I did was sit in the van, hold a meditative pose, and repeat over and over in my head, "Give me more pain," as I focused on the pain in my mouth.

Surprisingly enough, it worked... so long as I wasn't distracted by anything else and sat perfectly still.

There's still a bit of swelling, but I'm doing much better now. However, I'm also felling a little off, probably because of the medicine. I may have to miss my Yoga class :today.

Also, last night I made the mistake of sleeping on my stomach like I normally do. As a result, I ended up drooling on my pillows. Normally, this isn't that bad, but I was also bleeding so I ended up haveing blood all over them. So I had to replace them.

Anyway, I'm doing much better. I'm also beginning to think about joining another OCT. I'm doing something different this time. I'm going for The Silver Rose, , a romance themed OCT. I thought it would be good for developing my skills in relationship building.

Thanks. Although, the Lost Hours OCT () is also looking good.

And then there's this forum RPG that looks like it might be fun... ugh... There are so many things that I wan't to try. Oh well. I've got some time. At least that forum RP isn't going anywhere anytime soon. And it will be some time before Lost Hours starts up.
